This class will help you understand how to complete the necessary calculations using a construction calculator. Prior to enrolling in the estimating courses participants must be proficient in math as it pertains to construction. $329 - 20 hours: 2 FAU CEUs Construction Math Participants will be able to identify the language and abbreviations used in a commercial set of drawings. It will also cover Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical and Plumbing drawings. In this class the prints contain the elements of site work such as sewer, water, drainage, paving, landscape, etc. This last print class will introduce participants to the Site and MEP drawings of commercial blueprints.

It will cover the architectural and structural elements in detail for commercial projects.
This second print reading class will introduce participants to commercial blueprints. $249 - 16 hours: 1.6 FAU CEUs Blueprint/Print Reading - Commercial 1 By the end of this class participants will have a basic knowledge of how to read residential prints. Participants will analyze a full set of residential blueprints that include architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans.
